How do I register?
Click "register now" from the menu and fill in the registration form, and select the pass type you'd like to register, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking information.
How will I gain entry to the event?
You will receive a confirmation email containing a ticket or a barcode closer to the event. When you arrive at the venue on the day, this ticket/barcode will be scanned, providing you entry to the event.
Why can't I find any emails related to the event?
You may have accidentally unsubscribed. Please contact our Customer Services Team via email at ftlive@ft.com or by calling +44 (0) 207 775 6653.
The event can be accessed using most devices and browsers. However, Google Chrome and a strong internet connection are highly recommended. Please also enable cookies and disable all pop-up and ad blockers for seamless access to the broadcast.
How do I register?
Once the event has taken place, you'll be able to buy your on-demand pass. Once you have completed your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking information.
How do I login?
To log in, you should use the same email address that you used to register for the event. When you navigate to the agenda page click on the icon in the top right corner to login. You can either input your email address and follow a verification process or you can use your registration number. Your registration number can be found in the confirmation email you received when you first registered for the event.
Which browser should I use?
Our platform supports Google Chrome (strongly recommended), Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari and Microsoft Edge (Chromium). You may be able to use other browsers, but they are not officially supported and your experience may be adversely affected.
How do I join a session?
Once logged in, you should navigate to the agenda page to view the sessions. To watch the session click the 'Watch on demand' button located within the relevant agenda item.

How can I select my favourite talks?
On the agenda page, you can click the star icon on the left of each talk, to add that talk to your shortlist. Your selected sessions will be added to the ‘My Interests’ list, found at the top of the agenda page.
How will my personal data be handled?
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Whilst the Covid pandemic is ongoing, we are also processing your data in accordance with the latest Government Guidance.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you can no longer attend the conference and you have bought a pass, please contact our Customer Services Team as soon as possible via email at ftlive@ft.com or by calling +44 (0) 207 775 6653. To find out more about cancellation fees please visit our FT Live Terms and Conditions page.
Can I transfer my pass?

Are there discounted passes available?
Early bird passes are available for some events. Please check the registration page for more details.
How do I get to the venue?
The address of the venue can be found here, along with transport options and directions.
Is the venue accessible?
We select our venues to ensure that all our events are as accessible as possible for our guests. If you have any specific accessibility requirements you will have the opportunity to indicate this when filling out the event registration form.
I have dietary requirements, what should I do?
If you have any specific dietary requirements you will have the opportunity to state them when registering for the event.
